Delivery

At PunkTrunk, we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders across India.

  1. Shipping Locations
    We currently ship exclusively within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
  2. Order Processing

Individual Orders: All individual orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Bulk Orders: Bulk orders require 7–10 business days for processing.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  1. Delivery Timelines
    Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
    Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, or remote locations.
  2. Shipping Charges
    Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotional periods.
  3. Order Tracking
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp (if provided). If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us.
  4. Failed Deliveries
    If an order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-delivery may be attempted at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
  5. Damaged Packages
    If your package arrives visibly damaged, please record a full unboxing video starting from the sealed package and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted.

Refunds & Returns

At PunkTrunk, all hampers are curated with care and often customized per customer request. As such, our return and refund policy is limited and governed by the conditions below.

Returns & Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The incorrect product was delivered; or
  • The product was received with significant damage (defined as exceeding 10% of the hamper's contents).

To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@punktrunk.in
  • Provide a full, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package as proof of claim

Returns without video proof or that do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted.

All return shipments must be pre-approved and sent to the return address provided upon approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized hampers
  • Products with minor wear/damage under 10%
  • Orders without valid unboxing video proof
  • Sale items and gift cards

Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
  • Additional time may be required by banks or payment providers to reflect the refund.
  • If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at support@punktrunk.in.

4. Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. Customers must place a new order after a refund is issued, if applicable.

Note: PunkTrunk reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or claim that does not comply with the above conditions.
