Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout, with free shipping available on select items or during promotions.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is on its way. For any damaged deliveries, please contact us within 24 hours with a full unboxing video starting from the sealed package to be eligible for support.

Return Policy

At PunkTrunk, each hamper is thoughtfully curated and often personalized, so returns are limited. We only accept returns if the wrong item was delivered or if there's significant damage (over 10% of contents). Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with an unedited unboxing video from the sealed package.

Non-returnable items:

3. Orders without valid unboxing video
4. Sale items & gift cards
